Stores can request a distributor change directly from the Admin Dashboard by navigating to the Games tab and clicking on the View Details button for each game.
This opens the Game Store Details page which displays the Preferred Distributor, Store Types (i.e. Retail, Organized Play), and the date that the game was connected to the store. For some games, the application can also be seen here.
To submit a distributor change request, click the pencil icon next to the Preferred Distributor, select a new distributor from the drop-down, and click Submit Request.
The publisher will be notified when a distributor change request has been submitted and the store will be notified via email if the publisher requires more information or when the request has been accepted or rejected.
