Carde.io support is not able to change a store's preferred distributor on their behalf. They can instead contact Ravensbuger to change their Lorcana distributor or UVS to change their Riftbound distributor.
Lorcana Distributor Changes
All distributor update requests for Lorcana should be directed to Ravensburger at [email protected].
Riftbound Distributor Changes
All distributor update requests for Riftbound should be directed to UVS at [email protected].
Checking Selected Distributor
Stores can view their preferred distributor for Lorcana and/or Riftbound on the 2.0 Dashboard in Organization Settings.
