Games on the 1.0 Dashboard

Lorcana

Lorcana product is handled by each store's respective preferred distributor. Stores can contact their distributor for any questions about their product allocations or any shipping concerns.

Additional questions or concerns about Lorcana product or any store address updates for shipping can be directed to the Ravensburger team at [email protected].

Riftbound

Questions about Riftbound product and promos, such as Nexus Night kits and Pre-Rift Event kits, can be directed to [email protected] and [email protected].

Address Changes

For most games on the Admin Dashboard (Riftbound, Wonders of the First, Neuroscape), publishers pull the store address from the Organization Settings page for shipping purposes. Ensuring this address is up to date will help to prevent any delays or issues with shipping and delivery.

To update the store address:

  1. Log in to the Admin Dashboard

  2. Click on Organization Settings in the lower left sidebar

  3. In the Core Information section, enter the new address in the Store Address field

  4. Be sure to Save changes
