How to Add Fixed Seating

Learn how to add fixed seating before and after your event has started!

  1. Click the "Players" tab after creating your event.


  2. Add players to the event.


  3. Select a player by clicking their name (e.g., Player 15).


  4. The player’s registration details will appear on the right.

    • In the "Fixed Seat" field, enter the table number you want to assign to the player.


  5. Click "Update Registration" to save the changes.


  6. Once the event has started, you can make additional changes if needed.

    • Click on the table you want to modify.


  7. The Match Result panel will appear on the right. From here, you can:

    • Update players

    • Break the match

    • Mark a Double Loss

    • Set No Show & Drop Players

    • Update the table number

    • Assign a judge


  8. Click "Close". When prompted, confirm the changes by clicking "OK" to save your updates.
