Stores can ban players from registering for their events. The ban applies to all events at the store, across all games and play programs.
Ban a Player
To ban a player from a store:
Navigate to Organization Settings
Click on Banned Players
Click the Ban Player button
Search for the player by name, display name, or email
Enter the reason for banning the player
Click Ban Player
The reason for the ban is required to be recorded for the store's audit trail.
Once a player has been banned, the following information will be displayed in the Banned Players section:
Name
Reason
Banned by
Date
Unban a Player
Stores can unban players to allow them to register for events at the store again.
To unban a player:
Navigate to Organization Settings
Click on Banned Players
In the Actions column, click the garbage bin icon
In the Remove Ban pop-up window, click Remove Ban to confirm
