In the Registrations table, the following columns are available:
Player – First name, last name, display name, and email address
Requirements – If check-in is required, this column indicates whether the player is checked in. If the event is a Riftbound event, this column indicates whether the player has a Riot account connected (which is required for all players in Riftbound events). Players who do not meet the requirements will be dropped from the event.
Reg. Status – Registered, Canceled, Dropped, or On Waitlist
Check-in Status – Checked in or Not checked in

Payment – If payments are enabled, will show Paid via Stripe. You can also Cancel & Refund or Mark as unpaid.

Some of these columns only appear if the specific setting is enabled (i.e. Check-in Status or Payment) but you can view all available columns or reset the columns to a default display by clicking on the Columns drop-down:

Override a Player Display Name
If a Tournament Organizer determines that a player's display name should be overridden for an event, they can enter a new display name for the player in the Registration Details flyout. This only takes effect for that specific event and does not change or replace the player's display name permanently.
To override a player's display name:
Navigate to the Players tab
Select a player by clicking their name (e.g., Bryant, Roy)
This will open that player's Registration Details
In the Display Name field, enter a new display name
Click Update Registration to save your changes
The player's new display name will be visible in the Player column and can be removed by clicking the display name to reopen the Registration Details flyout and deleting the text from the Display Name field.
This change will reflect on the live event page on the Gaming or Play Network, anywhere the previous display name was shown, such as during matches or on the Roster for the event.
