Import
Import Players from CSV
To import players from a CSV:
Open the event in the Admin Dashboard
On the Players tab, click the gear icon next to the + Add Player button
Select the Import players from CSV option to open the pop-up
Upload the CSV file
Map the columns to fields
Preview the import and check for errors
Click Import X Rows to initiate the import
When the import is complete, click Done to confirm and close the pop-up
Export
Export Player Registrations
To export player registrations as a CSV file:
Open the event in the Admin Dashboard
On the Players tab, click the three dots (...) next to the Columns drop-down
Select Export CSV
When the export is complete, click Close in the confirmation pop-up window
The file will be downloaded to your device
Export Decklists (JSON or CSV)
To export decklists as either a JSON or CSV file:
Open the event in the Admin Dashboard
On the Players tab, click the gear icon next to the + Add Player button
Select the Export Decklists (JSON) or Export Decklists (CSV) option to open the pop-up
In the Export Decklist Data (JSON or CSV) pop-up, choose the Export Scope:
Full event
Filter by phase
If you select Filter by phase, select the phase to filter by (only decklists from players who qualified for the selected phase will be exported)
Click Download JSON or CSV to complete the export
Export Standings
To export event standings as a CSV file:
Open the event in the Admin Dashboard
On the Standings tab, click the three dots (...) next to the Columns drop-down
Select Export CSV
When the export is complete, click Close to confirm and close the pop-up
The file will be downloaded to your device
Export Pairings
To export round pairings as a CSV file:
Open the event in the Admin Dashboard
On the Pairings tab, click the three dots (...) next to the Columns drop-down
Select Export CSV
When the export is complete, click Close to confirm and close the pop-up
The file will be downloaded to your device
To access the Print Options pop-up:
Open the event in the Admin Dashboard
Navigate to any of the event tabs (Details, Players, Standings, or Pairings)
Click on one of the print icons on the right side of the event page
Note: The Details and Players tabs only have the upper print icon, the Standings and Pairings tabs have two print icons, but all of the print icons open the same Print Options pop-up window.
Print Players
From the Players tab on the Print Options pop-up you can print:
Active player list
Enrolled player list
Click on the option you want to print to open the printable page:
Print Matches
From the Matches tab on the Print Options pop-up you can print for each round:
Pairings by player
Pairings by table
Match slips
Select the round from the drop-down menu then click on the option you want to print to open the printable page:
Print Standings
From the Standings tab on the Print Options pop-up you can print for each round:
Standings by rank
Active standings by rank
Standings by player
Active standings by player
Select the round from the drop-down menu then click on the option you want to print to open the printable page:
Print Decks
From the Decks tab on the Print Options pop-up, you can print player decks. Click on the Print Decklists button to open the Print Decklists menu:
Configure the following options:
Tournament phase – Select All Phases, Phase 1, Phase 2 (Depending on the event structure)
Registration – Check box(s) for Complete, Dropped, Eliminated, On Waitlist, Disqualified
Sort by – Select Last Name, First Name, Display Name, Table Assignment
Filter by Table Numbers
Then click Print Decklists to open the printable page(s):
